Automate the cutting and bending processes in the manufacturing of high-volume panels.

Solution

DANOBAT proposes a cutting and bending flexible line, composed of an automatic tower of 10 shelves, connected to a punch+shear combination machine and transfer to an automatic panel bender.  We get this way, in a single system, start from raw material and get finished panels.

Results

With the implementation of this flexible line DANOBAT, STARLINE has got reduce its intermediate stock, in addition, to increase its production flexibility and capacity. This has allowed achieving an advantage competitive in the market.

Which was the challenge of the project?

STARLINE was looking for a bending solution for the manufacture of large volume panels. Until then our process was basically manual and we had difficulties dealing with large-volume orders.

 

Why did you finally choose a complete cutting and bending solution?

DANOBAT, after analyzing our production process, proposed us a cutting and bending global solution, that allowed us to achieve greater benefits than the ones we have initially expected.

 

Which has been your experience working with DANOBAT?

Our experience has been excellent. From the first sales meeting until now, through installation, start-up support, training, and after-sales service, etc, DANOBAT has exceeded our expectations, despite the fact that were not low.
