Tooling program for automatic lathes

For quite a while, heimatec has been offering a complete tooling program for automatic lathes under the name heimatec.SwissTooling, which is already in use with many customers. The tooling program includes an extensive range of static and live tools, which are characterized by a long service life and the highest quality of workmanship.

The spindle bearing technology and ground gear components fulfill all requirements, and the housing and spindles have maximum rigidity. The usability of the tool is also in focus.

The standard program of heimatec.SwissTooling is continuously expanded and customer- and part-specific solutions are (further) developed with the help of customer feedback.

The radial drilling and milling head of the heimatec.SwissTooling series can be reversed by 180 degrees.

The offset axial drilling and milling head of the heimatec.SwissTooling series has a gear ratio of 1:4. 

High-speed tooling (Speeder)

As a result, the portfolio in the heimatec.SwissTooling product group has been expanded to include high-speed tooling (speeder) types.

Additional types are now available, such as radial and axial versions, as well as offset versions for Citizen Cincom L-Series and M-Series and Hanwha machines, among others.

All of them are characterized by the fact that they achieve speeds of up to 48,000 rpm with a gear ratio of 1:4. The proven technologies from heimatec are used and offer the best possible rigidity, bearing technology, and precision.
