For the tenth year in a row, MHP has been honored in the WirtschaftsWoche competition “Best of Consulting”. This year, the management and IT consultancy received the “Special Prize for Digitization” for the introduction of the Smart Intelligence Robotic Project Cockpit (SIRPCO) at KUKA, one of the world’s leading providers of intelligent automation solutions.
The cockpit enables a comprehensive view of all Kuka projects and takes project management and control to a new level. The three success-critical factors time, finances, and performance are shown. The data comes from different sources, is consolidated, and then processed. To calculate complex financial, timing and performance metrics, such as B. the degree of completion, the calculation engine is used. The monitoring engine, on the other hand, monitors the calculated key figures, provides status reports, and shows differences to critical threshold values. The results are visualized interactively for the user that they are optimally consumable for the respective purpose. Various dashboards provide detailed information almost in real-time. In addition to the portfolio dashboard, which shows the status of all projects, there is also a project dashboard that can be used to track the development of individual projects. The KPI history is also useful, as the development of the key figures can be derived over time.
Thanks to the long-standing and trusting cooperation between KUKA and MHP, the project was implemented quickly and successfully. Improvements were made while the project was still running.
For KUKA, the introduction of the Smart Intelligence Robotic Project Cockpit quickly paid off: delivery and acceptance reliability, as well as earnings, were significantly increased. The measurable success also convinced the jury of the “Best of Consulting” competition. Dr. Oliver Oswald, Partner at MHP: “This was the eleventh time that we took part in the WirtschaftsWoche competition and stood on the podium ten times. This continuity and remarkable track record are not only confirmation that we are doing our job well, but also a motivation to do even better in the future. “
